About Me
I live in Cambridge with my wife and son, having arrived there via Sandwich, Paris, Sydney and London. For what it’s worth, I’m an Aries, born in the year of the dragon, an activist, a shaper, a bit of a natural child and I flip between ENTJ and ENFJ.
I have worked as a learning and development specialist for over ten years now, working for some very different organisations, including Eden Brown and Breast Cancer Care, which have all had one common denominator: they’ve been passionate about people and prepared to invest time and money in their development. I now work part-time for PA Consulting, alongside my freelance work as a coach, facilitator and writer.
Formative learning experiences have included a one week course on training design with the CIPD, my diploma in coach-mentoring with the OCM and my coaching certificate with the Football Association. Influences include Arsene Wenger, Joe Strummer, Sir Clive Woodward and Ian Brown.
I’m passionate about cinema, football, cycling, community and whatever I’m getting worked up about this week.
